Michael is an experienced, certified USAW level 1 Olympic Weightlifting and Safe Sport instructor. As a competitor himself, Michael is adept at teaching beginners, and training experienced athletes to the next level. Whether it be Olympic Lifting, Power Lifting or general strength and conditioning, come grow with us.
With years of success and experience, we are capable of analyzing your movements and creating a program to take you to the next level. We constantly educate ourselves in not only sport, but also in performance to make sure you attain your goals. Beginner, child, intermediate, or just want to improve, all levels are accommodated.
