Belly of the Lion



Van recently qualified for the American Open. He's been working super hard, and has fully embraced himself as an Olympic Weightlifter. Come cheer him on in September!



Brittany has dropped weight and gotten stronger at the same time. Her best clean is her old back squat. She is next to qualify for a national meet. 



Miranda is also our masters athlete with her eye on the American Open. She has come a long way in her mobility, has lost over 15 pounds, and improves with each session.



Kristin is finally learning how to drop under the bar.  She is prepping for her next competition.



Ashley is working on her positioning and getting back into shape after having her two children.

Michael is an experienced, certified USAW level 1 Olympic Weightlifting and Safe Sport instructor. As a competitor himself, Michael is adept at teaching beginners, and training experienced athletes to the next level. Whether it be Olympic Lifting, Power Lifting or general strength and conditioning. Come grow with us.

 With years of success and experience, we are capable of analyzing your movements and creating a program to take you to the next level. We constantly educate ourselves in not only Olympic Weightlifting and strength training, but also in performance to make sure you attain your goals. Beginner, child, intermediate, or just want to improve, all levels are accommodated.

Meet the Coach

Coach Michael

Owner, founder and all around good guy. Coach Michael is an experienced national level competitor, incredibly knowledgeable in Olympic Weightlifting, and strives to improve himself in all aspects of life. 


Coach Michael has his USAW Level I and Safe Sport Certification. He is currently pursuing his degree in kinesiology.

Coach Michael has the patience of a lion on the hunt. He is passionate about the sport, his athletes and his family. He also remembers what it is to be a beginner athlete which enables him to adapt well to each and every athlete. Whether a beginner, or elite athlete he can develop your technique and take you to the next level.
