We offer one hour bulk sessions that fit your schedule whenever you need them and they never expire. The more sessions you buy, the greater discount.
Monthly group sessions up to 3 x/ week complete with 8 week cycles of individualized programming for Olympic Weightlifting, or any other fitness program.
Work in a group setting on your individualized programming. Get personal attention from the coach, accessory work, and dial in your technique. Programming outside of class is also provided.
In addition to your monthly programming, you can also include an unlimited membership with our CrossFit partner, CrossFit Realm in Cedar Park.
Our junior weightlifting program reinforces positional work, builds strength, and introduces competition standards on the platform. This is appropriate for all levels of fitness. No experience necessary.
